If you've never had a postpartum doula before, you might be wondering: What exactly do they do while they're in my home? The answer is that no two visits look exactly the same. Some days you might need an extra set of hands with your baby. Other days, what you really need is a hot meal, a nap, a shower, or someone to tackle the growing pile of laundry. A postpartum doula's role is to meet you where you are that day and help make life with a new baby feel a little lighter. It
